We photographed Emily and Marcus’s Wedding recently so now we can show a few images from her portrait session.
As promised, below are images from Maunica + Saeed’s wedding reception which was held at The Trammell and Margaret Crow Collection of Asian Art Museum. Their guests enjoy the exhibits. The bridge to the main reception room. Jade room. Opening speech by Saeed’s parents. Everybody was having a good time. Toasting time! The best man shared fun childhood stories. Last but not least, we got a little chance to play around with their rings. You can view the rest of the photographs from Maunica + Saeed’s Wedding Reception here.
We recently photographed Maunica + Saeed’s Wedding at Winfrey Point by White Rock Lake. Scott and I had such a wonderful time. The colors and decorations were gorgeous, we loved every bit of it! Maunica and Saeed helped us out by sending us information on Hindu wedding ceremony before hand. Thank so much guys! Here is a brief read on The Hindu Wedding ceremony if anyone is interested. The Hindu wedding ceremony is an ancient rite that dates back thousands of years. The ceremony is conducted according to the Vedas (ancient Hindu scriptures) which were written in approximately 3,000 B.C. […]
We felt very fortunate and wanted to share another contest result from ISPWP. There are so many touching, inspiring and heartfelt images from all over the world. We are proud to announce that we managed to place some images among very talented photographers. YAY!On top of that we absolutely thrilled when we found out we are one of the TOP WPJA PHOTOGRAPHERS FOR 2008. Congratulations to everyone who placed and sharing our passion for wedding photography!
Emily is the sister of Maggie; one of our favorite brides from last year’s weddings (Maggie and Kyle’s). We were all worried about the weather since it has been so unpredictable lately but it turned out beautiful. Here are a couple of shots from Emily and Marcus’s engagement portrait session.
Uyen emailed us today “How cool is this! We submitted some wonderful photos that you guys took and got featured on WeddingBee as photo of the day!” Here is a screen grab 😛 Sharing information is awesome!!! It is quite amazing brides (and grooms) are sharing information with one another and what they are going through with each other, what to do, what to get, what to avoid, it is so much fun and helpful. We want to thank you and Ron for sharing the news with us. It is too cool!
We recently photographed Uyen and Ron’s Wedding at Chestnut Square in front of the Bevel House under the pergola ;p They are a very laid back couple who work together so hard on a lot of DIY projects, origami decorations and a very delectable dessert bar. Flowers Decor: Thuy Nguyen-Paolo from Dallas Blooms, Michael from Toss that Bouquet and Uyen worked on some flower arrangements together. Also a beautiful cake from Delicious Cakes. Very impressive work by Allison (Uyen’s sister), their mom and the bride herself. Just amazing not to mention super tasty! And more… Ron’s brother, Rick lining up […]
We are proud, honored and truly GRATEFUL (grateâ‹…ful = warmly or deeply appreciative of kindness or benefits received) that we’ve been chosen as a top wedding professional in The Knot Best of Weddings 2009 issue. The kind blurb in the magazine read: “They captured every moment, from everyone entering the church to the bouquet toss” say one Knottie of this digital team. “They make it so stress-free, you barely know they’re there, but they took some unforgettable pics.” another bride tells us. Thanks for believing in us!!!
We recently photographed Maunica and Saeed’s engagement portraits in Downtown Dallas. A great couple we get to know and to shoot. It was a beautiful day and a great shoot. I can’t wait to blog about their gorgeous wedding, all the colors and meaningful steps of the Hindu ceremony.
