Happy Father’s Day!

Ok a little bit on Fathers’Day History; in the United States, the first modern Father’s Day celebration was held on July 5, 1908, in Fairmont, West Virginia or on June 19th of the same year, in the state of Washington. Today, Father’s Day is celebrated on the 3rd Sunday of June. You can read more about it here. Now let me show you some pictures of our dads. This is Freddy; the handy man of our house! Freddy is Scott’s step dad who we love so much. Freddy is always there for us and we can rely on him no […]

Hena and Sonu’s wedding

We recently photographed Hena and Sonu’s wedding, it was an absolutely beautiful event. We started off with Pithi Mehendi Ceremony on Friday and here are some images from our favorites gallery. Mr. Rohani (Hena’s dad) chatting with Hena’s girlfriends and cousin. Mehendi. Hena with her grandmother. I am not sure what is this part of the ceremony calls but it is very neat. Hena’s mom put a shawl over both of them and she took her to sit where everyone will come and either feed her candy, rubbing a paste on her arm and or putting rice on her head. […]

Julie and Drew

A few Sundays ago, we explored White Rock Lake area with Julie and Drew. Julie told me they have been together for a while and they just don’t have pictures together. I am so honored they trusted in us. Thanks for letting us be a part of your life! It wasn’t too hot, lighting was great and the lake was just calm and beautiful. We both had a good time. Here are a few from Julie and Drew’s portrait session.

Lindsey + Jason’s Engagement

Shannon and Eric’s Wedding

Sometimes we don’t get to see our bride and groom until the wedding day, but I feel like we knew them already. It is quite neat really. A little back story, I spoke to Shannon over the phone a couple of weeks before the wedding, and found out we were referred by Heath and Audrey of focusunbound.com. They are both full time wedding photographers from Alaska. How cool is that?!!! Once again, thank guys! It was a beautiful day in Georgetown, Texas where Shannon and Eric’s Wedding was held at Kindred Oaks. Thanks for having us guys! Here are some […]

Mindy and Phil’s wedding

Oh boy, that was so much fun!!! Mindy and Phil’s wedding was held at Prestonwood Baptist Church and their reception at Kirin Court. Starting off with Phil in The Promise Land ^_- Mindy’s mom helping with the necklace. Neat reflection. We just smile when we see this shot taken during the ceremony. From Scott’s angle. During the bestman’s toast. Popular popcorn for all the guests. This little man has got some moves. Phil and Mindy waved to their families and friends. We are so thrilled that we got to see so many familiar faces at the wedding. Thanks so much […]
